"I visited in 2026 on an amazing powder day. Even with it being a weekend and most definitely the best day so far on the slopes. the lines weren’t excessively long and everything was great from start to finish. Their terrain park is set up nice and have some sick features. From liftys to ski partrol to customer Service. Everyone was very helpful. Met a couple locals, who showed me a few good hidden gems. It’s a 5+ hour drive..."

"I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at this mountain! The ski culture and positive vibes makes me want to come here all the time! I lost my snowboard on my last run. Everybody assured me that ski patrol would find it and texted ski patrol right away to sweep the area I saw it last. Everyone was so confident, positive, polite, assuring, and genuinely kind. You could tell they just enjoy working there. They found it and..."

"Spent a day on the Mountain Coaster and the Downhill Mountain biking trails. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The experience on the trails and the coaster we a thrill. Lots of families enjoying all of the many activities in a really scenic place. Met lots of more experienced regulars who had been to other bike parks and they continue to come back here because it's really that good. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend checking this..."

"It has been quite a number of years since I have been to Berkshire East and all I can say is, WOW!!! The skiing was great! Easy to check in. Barely a wait at the lift. The trails had lots to offer. The views great, quad fast. The lodge had a good setup and food options. Altogether, a great visit. I will absolutely be back!!"

"The zip lining experience was absolutely amazing! Me and my husband went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was an awesome experience. I felt super comfortable with the instructors and they made us feel safe and able to relax and have fun! The only complaint I have was we bought tickets for the mountain coaster and it opens at 12 noon. So we finished up the ziplining at 1215, packed a quick lunch and went to go wait..."

"What a gem. Perfectly sized for family. Different trails and diversity is amazing. Really enjoyed the groomers and the mogul fields. Lodge is crowded during a peak holiday power day - so understandable. Line is a little bit long but better than most other mountains. Overall we had a fantastic time!!"

"We had a blast ziplining last weekend—three hours of fun and gorgeous scenery. Our guides were phenomenal—hilarious and super professional. We were safe, learned a ton, and laughed the whole time. We’ll be back for the other tour with faster, longer zip lines. If you’re driving from Boston or any distance, allow extra time; our ETA kept ticking up and it was worth the drive. With the mountain coaster, bike trails, and nearby towns to explore, we’re planning an overnight..."

"Went for the first with family and friends and we absolutely loved it, we did the scenic ski lift and the mountain coaster. Definitely worth the ride there, we’re from Springfield not too far. We will be back to do the bike rentals. We did eat there food was great and prices are decent, friendly all around staff. Views are breathtaking."
